on a Lenovo laptop running Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
The in-built webcam was working fine last week, but today, I couldn't use it. With video meetings, etc., the order of the day is not good right now.
Everything is on and enabled when I look at the settings. I have also restarted the system.
When I try to use the camera (either through the camera's own app or another, such as Google Hangouts), all I get is a greyed-out image where the video should be. Any advice? Happy to provide more information if needed.
@Michaeltorres Since you mentioned that the webcam isn't being recognized by multiple apps there, you might consider visiting Lenovo's website to check that your device does not have any driver updates available.
