It looks like you are utilizing the web app there?
Currently this functionality may be limited to the desktop client, if you're able to switch to that one instead.

Do you have a screen shot of when you're presenting with the desktop app?

If you still do not see the ability to include desktop audio while screen sharing your desktop, please call into Customer Support when you are able, so we can fully document the environment and escalate to engineering if needed.

this is nice to know, but not very helpful … and it is a bit disappointing to post the question/trouble/observation in this forum and receive the advice to "call customer support"... if there is a need to escalate to "engineering" it may should go this way in any case..
