Hi, has anyone had issues around interactive
We have 8 users - all of whom have GoToMeeting and one of whom also has GoToWebinar. We recently upgraded our GoToWebinar product to Pro and moved it from one user to another user. However now we're not getting interactive recordings - only audio recordings. Any idea what the fix is? Under user settings > Features > Record Meetings > we've selected the 'Cloud' option and hit save. But it hasn't made a difference :-( Any ideas?
LogMeIn support have now fixed the issue :-) Spoke to a very nice lady in Guatemala who escalated it for me and got it sorted.
We have a corporate account and for some reason, when we switched our GoToWebinar Pro product from one user to another user (we have 8 users in total) we lost the cloud/web cam recording feature.
