Keyboard freeze after logging in

I have an issue with GTM locking/freezing my keyboard whenever I am in a meeting session.  The problem goes away as soon as I leave the meeting....This happens with the desktop and the browser version.  Any ideas from the community?  Thanks

I'm sorry I have not heard of that behavior before.  

 

Can you please confirm the operating system version and GoToMeeting software version installed? 

 

Exactly how is this keyboard connected to the device?  

 

Does your mouse also freeze?

@c_marquart  We have tried to recreate this behavior in Windows environments, but were unsuccessful.  Could you please give us a call when you have a few moments to troubleshoot the problem PC?
