Letterboxed recording

This problem is really strange:

I have 4 meetings daily.  For 3 of them, everything works fine with recording and conversion.  For the 1 last meeting, the recording has suddenly been "letterboxed" with a huge black border line (pictured below).  This has occurred on 3 consecutive business days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday this week (2/8, 2/9, 2/10).

Resolution is 1920x1080.  I have tried mp4 vs wmv -- no change.

Why would this affect only the same 1 of 4 meetings?  It makes no sense.

Hi @Laisre 

 

During these meetings are you sharing your entire screen or just the application window? If you start a meet now and record it can you recreate the issue on demand?

I am sharing the entire screen (the taskbar is hidden). I am not able to recreate the issue, and the issue has not come up again.
Also, I have been using GoToMeeting for over 2 years and have never seen this happen. Maybe a fluke? Though it was strangely consistent for 3 days.
