I had several meetings scheduled for a single day. One of my attendees kept calling into the wrong number for every meeting. I finally did a double check and noted that the meetings I'd scheduled using the gotomeeting button on my gmail calendar was sending two sets of information for the same meeting. The link to join the meeting via video was the same, but the dial-in numbers and access codes are different - one set of details was at the top of the invitation and another set of details was at the bottom. Is there a problem with the plugin or a setting that I need to change? Thanks for any insights.

I actually figured out that Google Hangouts was turned on, so I had to turn it off for my domain in order for it to automatically not add Hangout details to my meeting details. Or just remember to delete that notification when you schedule the meeting.
@jlb525 I'm not currently aware of any issues like that.
Could you paste a shot of one of those old invitations you created? I want to compare the IDs and Access Codes.
Hi, Here's the email that went to invitees - some items deleted:

@jlb525 Thanks for that detail. If you dial the number listed on thatinvitation, it appears to be for a service called 'Hangouts Meet'. This is not related to LMI services in any way, so it's entirely possible you have set this as your preferred audio solution in your online GoToMeeting Settings.
@jlb525 Here is a guide that you may follow to update your GoToMeeting default Audio Settings: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/help/set-default-audio-options-g2m020003
