Microphone USB problem

We have installed an active microphone through a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8-usb interface. http://global.focusrite.com/usb-audio...
The Mac mini finds it, and i e Quicktime can record with this mic, but GoToMeeting cannot use this mic-cinfiguration. Why?

Re: Microphone USB problem

Hi Rashad,

GoToMeeting, Webinar and Training will only recognize one input and output at a time per computer. If you wish to use more than one audio input in a location, you will need to use an external mixing device to combine them first and then feed them into GoToWebinar as a single audio source.

Re: Microphone USB problem

Hi Anders,

When you start GoToMeeting and click on the Microphone icon in the Control Panel, is this device listed?

Re: Microphone USB problem

Hi Anders... we're running into the same issue.  The mac picks up the input, the Forcerite software is picking up the input, but GoToMeeting doesn't... did you find a fix?

Re: Microphone USB problem

Is that a stereo Microphone input per chance?
Would be interesting to know as we are currently looking into supporting Stereo Mics, which currently does not work, at least not always.

Thanks
Robert
