We also experienced some web server problems this week which may have affected some cloud recordings and GoTo reporting data.  You are welcome to follow up with Customer Support, though if we were unable to restore your recordings ourselves, I'm not sure if the files will be recoverable.

I had a recording of a very important webinar yesterday, May 21 and the recording is not in the history or in the cloud, how can I recover it?
Even the analysis report did not appear until today.
