Both myself and a sales rep are having issues where the main call in number doesn't recognize any phone key pad entries. I am using gotowebinar and he is using gotomeeting. I have to click on Trouble Calling In to get an Alternate Phone # and that line recognizes the entries. He gave up and started using Zoom.
Has anyone had similar issues? I am always trying to start a meeting or webinar, so i can't call support when it's happening live.
Feedback on what to try would be appreciated or I'll just always start out using the alternative #'s (a minor pain).
The aternate phone number works okay. It recoginizes the key pad input. The main line shown on the meeting says no meeting id entered or something to that affect, like nothing was entered. Using the same phone, the alternate # worked.
