Hi Glenn, I am running Office version 16.0.6001.1034 on the Office 365 subscription plan. The add-in did work earlier in 2016. It was slow to load so I removed it, then when I tried to re-install it broke as above. Hope this helps!
Sorry, the Rep must have gotten confused between the web and desktop versions. I've confirmed with one of the developers and the current plug-in is installed and working on multiple Windows 8 and 10 PCs with Outlook 2016. I've asked the Rep to contact you and preform the registry fix.

OK - Sookkyeng from GTM tech support came in and got it done. 1. deleted former instances of everything citrix including an old calendar plugin 2. reinstalled GTM, verified outlook add-in worked 3. deleted old VSTO entries from registry 4. reinstalled outlook calendar plugin Everything works! thanks all,
I have Office365 with desktop Outlook 2016...gotomeeting outlook calendar plug in will not enable because it says it crashes Outlook...it worked one time after 3 days of uninstalling and reinstalling...now it is 'greyed' out...will not enable...I'm back to the drawing board. Is there a permanent fix for Win10/O365/Outlook2016 desktop version for this plug-in?
