Has anyone been having very inconsistent results calling into the 888-585-9008 number since last week? obviously its probably slammed w/ everyone being remote but we're needing to try 3-4 times before we can get through and the other times it either is straight up busy or says cannot be completed. I spent 3 hours waiting on hold late last week and 2 hours so far this morning. I know support is probably super busy like everyone else but this is pretty ridiculous when their status page shows all systems operational. hoping someone else has some insight to save me some time here.....i can't listen to this on hold music anymore 🙂
finally got through to someone and about what i thought......known issue and i'm told i'll get an email when its resolved
