Outlook 2016 with exchange server 2016

Network admin supporting company account . Can we get the integration back for Outlook 2016 without a broken plugin please. Previously with GoToMeeting when an end user created a meeting  it auto-poulate with Outlook 2016 without any issues. Now it is a manual copy and paste. While easy enough to do the end users are struggling a bit. 


A good example of this is start a meeting with GoTo app click people icon than invite. In new window that opened click "Email invitation" and it will auto populate into an Outlook message without any extra steps or plug ins. How do we get the scheduling behavior to act the same?
