That error often indicates that the current login session has expired or is no longer valid. You can try these steps to fix:
We have problems with the GoToMeeting and OpenVoice Outlook addins crashing or slowing down Outlook so that Outlook disables them. We have to frequently re-enable the addins. Will the addins be updated anytime soon to work better with Outlook?
@JasJet What's the error message? Which Outlook version are you working with, on what operating system?
@Sue3 I'm not aware of any known issues with the OpenVoice plugin at this time, or new development upon it. Have you been able to create a case with Customer care to fully document the environment where these failures occur?
I tried to do what is here, uninstalled the program, reinstalled, cleared the browser's cache and cookies, use the revo portable to uninstall and even then I was unsuccessful, I don't know what else I can do. I hope you can help me I have some users with a problem, when I try to log in with my account it works, however when I put the user account back the error comes back.
the system is windows 10 pro.
