MY user had the same issue and looking for this help me determine the issue. My user had 2 accounts and the one logged in to Outlook did not have a plan assigned. Make sure they are signed in with an account that has a plan assigned.
A colleague of mine is trying to add a meeting into an email and is getting the error "We apologize, but an error has occured while processing your request please try again for support please contact global customer support"
I have completed a full uninstall and re-install of GTM but this did nothing. This also stems from my colleagues initial issue of GTM loading in the browser instead of the desktop version. Any ideas are welcome.

@AndrewS174 Usually signing out / into the GoToMeeting plugin will fix the issue for users, and you stated that integrated audio was the preference on the Organizer account. In this case you might want to call into Customer Care to create a ticket for the issue.
