Hi Shannon, that is a fairly generic Windows error code which you can read about here: http://www.updatexp.com/0x8007007E.html   What version of Windows and Outlook do you have installed?

Thank you. Can you please install the Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime for Windows from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=48217 and then try to install our Outlook Plug-in again?

Any further steps to try with this.  Having the same issue with a user in my company.

This does not resolve the issue.  Same errors keeps coming up.

Has something about GoToMeeting changed in the last month?  Outlook 2016 I have been unable to locate the Desktop Installation program, the existing program previously installed 7.30.0.6140 is no longer opening, the plug in is providing the same error as specified above.  We have already attempted to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.  What might I be missing.

Hi Pierce,
Sorry for the ongoing error message.  Could you ensure that you have VSTO installed currently on your Windows device?

If not, you may want to update it here, then try the reinstall of the Plugin again:  https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48217

I have just completed the install, restarted the machine, verified the plug in, and reattempted - same error

Hi Pierce, can you please try the following? Log-in to your account at global.gotomeeting.com, click Settings, then change your audio settings to anything other than what they already are, Save, then change your audio settings back, Save again, and then try using the plug-in to see if the issue persists.

Log in to global.gotomeeting.com - there is no option for settings.
