Do you also have OpenVoice Integrated on your GoToMeeting account by chance?

I'm not sure where to check that, but I don't see it listed on any of the settings or account pages.

Hi Rick, do you have toll-free numbers available for your meetings? Toll-free numbers are only available if OpenVoice is integrated with GoToMeeting.

The instructions for locating this feature are as follows:
  1. Log in at https://global.gotomeeting.com
  2. Click Settings
  3. Uncheck Call Me (OpenVoice Integrated)
  4. Click Save

I don't have that option under settings.

I don't see toll free numbers options.  Here's an example of what gets created...

Outlook Plug-in we apologize, but an error has occurred while processing your request.

When I try and start a meeting with the outlook Plug-in I get this error. Outlook Plug-in we apologize, but an error has occurred while processing your request.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and a repair on outlook itself

Has the GoToMeeting Outlook plugin ever worked before?
If so, have you also tried to log out / back into the plugin manually?

Why is this error occurring in Outlook?

When trying to create a Go To Meeting in Outlook, I keep receiving the same error message:
"We apologize, but an error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again.
For support, please contact Global Customer Support."
