I am new to the LogMeIn Community. We started with GTM last week and did a lot of testing. Several times we encountered the following issue: When a participant tried to log in via the DesktopApp, the password created by the organiser was not accepted. We excluded typing errors and checked case sensitivity, but that did not work either. What would be the best way to give our future participants advice concerning this problem?

If a password is not accepted then we may have to look at the affected device itself. Are these same attendees able to join your GoToMeeting using the Web App with the same meeting password?
