Payment problem

Hello!

I am using the trial version of GoToMeeting, still 10 free days, but when I try to buy a subscription plan I am not able to complete the process. It starts creating the account, but then it ends always with a big red cross and it is written "UPS!" and it asks to restart the problem. What can I do? I am unable to pay my subscription. Thank you for any help.
