Poly Studio X50

[Cleach]

Has anyone been successful with setting up a X50?

Support didn't know why or have any experience with them, yet it was purchased from GoTo.

Its online but the provisioning server seems to the issue..

Provisioning failed. There was a problem communicating with the server.

Ive tried basic, ntlm, etc.  There is no option for manual config for the info i can find.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @Cleach I've reached out to support, added your comments to the case. Is this still happening and are their any other details you can share? I'm assuming you have viewed the online help articles?
