Hello everybody.
If I create or join a meeting with the gotomeeting windows client (10.15.0 Build 19228) I get no preview from my Jelly Comb Webcam. If I go tothe settings and look at the section Webcam I get the message that the initialization of the webcam has failed. At other PCs my webcam works fine in gotomeeting. I also can join a browser meeting (gotomeeting) and the camera works. The camera works also in other tools like zoom. If I connect a microsoft LifeCam Studio webcam I get a preview in the windows app. The problem only exists with the jelly comb webcam and the windows client. The logmein support has sent me to the community.
Can anybody help me?
