@fvkonovalov  If you cannot proceed past the credit information page, I would next contact the credit company to ensure they are not blocking the transaction.  If not, then you may want to file a case with Customer Support to further examine the account handling:  https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/how-do-i-contact-gotomeeting-customer-support-g2m090151

I have the same problem, im not able to edit payment method. tried different computers, different browsers.

im getting the following error:

@Ajnass Your account was in the automatic grace period, where you may be locked out from making subscription changes, but should be able to update the billing data. The grace period lasts 9 days total, attempting to renew every 3 days.

Im having problem in updating the payment method.

We need to renew the monthly subscription immdiately.

@oepp 

I looked up the status of your GoTo account in our internal admin system and it appears you have one active subscription and several set for expiration.  The billing info was also successfully updated several times in the last 24 hours.

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've tried numerous times, with two credit cards, and keep getting error messages. with no clear information. It's the last day of my trial and I want to proceed with the subscription as I don't want to loose links for meetings I've set up already. 

 

Help! how to proceed?
