Edit 8-24-2020: The support folks at ManyCam report that, although the virtual webcam is not picked up in GTM preview, if the user joins the meeting anyway, toggling the camera off and on (using the GTM control) once in the meeting allows the system to recognize the virtual webcam.
That seems to work. I'll let you know if there is further information.

Greetings, all.
I'm new to GoToMeeting (at least, I haven't used it in enough years that it seems totally new) and I'm experiencing really annoying difficulty using the product with a ManyCam virtual webcam. I'm currently working on a Windows 10 Pro desktop system.
When ManyCam is active, 90% of attempts to activate my camera in GTM fail. Occasionally, killing and restarting the processes associate with both software packages results in success, but only occasionally. Most often, the wait cursor in the preview window simply spins endlessly:
I've scanned these forums and noticed that there appears to be some history of what appears to be a related issue. I do not, however, see evidence of a solution.
I've recently paid for an annual business subscription to GTM and the ability to use it with my lifetime premium ManyCam license is rather important to me. I'll be grateful for any help or guidance.
Thanks!
Hi @qluency
Is this a built in webcam or external?
Are there any firmware updates available from the manufacturer's website?
External cameras -- I'm working on a desktop.
The problem arises with both the Razer Kiyo and the newer Logitech Brio. Drivers for the cameras are up to date.
Note that the workaround suggested by ManyCam does get the camera working in GTM, although it leaves the preview window inoperative.
Thanks for the response.
Thanks for the info. Although this is outside of our support range I will bring it up with the GoToMeeting team.
