Hello!
GoToMeeting Business with one user - admin.
In the user settings “Manage Users/User Details/Single User Settings” on “GoToMeeting” tab is located feature “Record Meetings Cloud recording Transcription disabled”.
In another tab “GoToMeeting Free” this feature is not presented.
During a meeting in Chrome browser the record function not available. After pressing the record button the message “recording is not available for this meeting” is displayed. This action is performed from administrator account. How to fix this issue?
