Run conference call without starting GoToMeeting

I asked this question a few years ago but thought I would verify in case anything has changed

The way that I understand it is you need to start GoToMeeting somehwere (computer, mobile app, etc.) in order for the conference call to not time out after a certain period of time.  You cannot just give the conference call info to your attendees and just have everyone dial in

Is this still accurate?

Thanks!

Re: Run conference call without starting GoToMeeting

Hi Josh,

If you plan to go over two hours yes, you will need to start the GoToMeeting and have atleast 1 attendee join it to prevent it timing out after 2 hours.
