Schedule A Meeting not working

Hello,

We have multiple users, including the administrator, for whom Schedule a Meeting does not work. It just spins and spins.  On the other hand, Meet Now does work.

 

I've tried it in both Chrome and IE, with the same result.

 

Is this a known issue?  Is there something that can be done to overcome this?

Hello @SBalogh ,

It sounds like you may have a firewall in action there.  Scheduled and Impromptu meetings connect through slightly different LMI IP address', and this would explain why some but not all of your meetings are failing to connect.
