Hi, regarding the breach reported this week, what is the position regarding recordings held on the cloud? I'm being asked to download any I want to keep, then delete all those still on the site and stop using the cloud storage until further notice. We may also need to advise external customers who took part in these meetings.
This will be inconvenient for all concerned - can anyone advise what the position is with cloud storage please?

We've been instructed by our IT security to delete all old recordings. Can you confirm that using this button will remove the recordings fully from your cloud storage please.
Yes, that will delete the recordings and they will not be recoverable. I am waiting for confirmation on whether it is instantaneous or not.
Obviously, anyone that chooses to do this should make sure they download any recordings they want to keep first. You can switch to local recording in your account settings after signing in on the website.
