Re: Set for cloud recording yet it saves for my desktop

Thank you! I have done this multiple times from selecting all my users or just selecting one user. When I go to edit the "Record Meetings" it shows me this below, is this normal?

It still shows as "Cloud"Recording for all my users still regardless?

@veronica_bitz  If all those settings are saved, and cloud recording is not working, can you call into Customer Support to check the account set up?
