I have a recorded webinar and am sharing the link with people. The link "end date" is May 2022.
Some people can access the link just fine.
Some people get "Recording is expired" message
Some people get prompted to login to GoToMeeting to view
Any tips?
@Jrussett_ePS We would want to know what operating systems are involved with those who cannot view the recording, as well as any error message associated. Typically clearing the local cache / cookies will resolve most join issues.
One error message said the link was expired. The other error message required the user to login. I dont have any insight into the browser/version or operating system used. The link was shared with hundreds of users.
OK, please recommend that affected users first clear their browser cache as a troubleshooting step. It could be that the browser is sending some inaccurate data to the webinar system, and routing the attendee to the wrong location.
