hi, can you help me? As an organizer, why do I see the webcams of the participants like this? As per attached pic they are grouped and not in columns. So I don't see the icons and names of the participants. It's not pactical.

If you're on a desktop there, have you tried changing the webcam view options or enlarging the webcam panel of the GoToMeeting interface?

Hi @AshC , thanks a lot for your reply. I have already tried to enlarge or reduce the window where the screen is shared and the webcams adapt accordingly but they are still grouped and never one under the other as I like to. Are there any options to select from the desktop? There should be a function that makes the interface go back to the standard layout.

@Fed83  I hear where you're coming from and can relate.  While we continue to work on additional visibility options, the only way to increase the webcam feed size is to decrease the desktop viewer size.
