Snap to Desktop

I can not seem to get the Windows Desktop version of  Goto meeting to snap to the left or right side of my screen like I can with other window applications.  Is this a feature that can be enabled?

Currently GoToMeeting has the ability to maximize and minimize the desktop interface, as well as manually move the control panel as needed.  'Snap-to' functions have not yet been developed for Windows.
