Some attendees complain they cannot chat to everyone

I am relatively new to Gotomeeting, so this may be something simple, but some of the attendees to my meetings say they are unable to ‘chat’ with ‘everyone’.  The only option is to chat with organiser they say.

Can someone guide me to the answer please?

@SandyRB  Do you know what operating systems the affected Attendees were on?

Thanks for your reply. I don't know what operating system these attendees are on. I will keep it in mind to ask in future, but the link you provided which has instructions for chat, is what these attendees are doing, but they cannot chat to 'everyone' because that option is missing.

Also worth noting is if they joined through their web browser or desktop / mobile app.
