Thank you for the quick reply.
Hi,
When you play videos embedded in powerpoint over Goto it doesn't seem to transfer.
Any ideas how to do this on Windows 10?
These instructions don't have Windows 10
Thanks!
@Quad1 I'm afraid not all hardware will have the same setup options needed to play internal audio through GoToMeeting. We are however, working on ways to improve desktop video sharing in future software upgrades.
Thanks, this would be huge. Can you recommend best setup for Windows right now?
If you have hardware that allows for auxiliary audio input and output (separate jacks), then you can still create an audio loop (external) without the need for the old Windows mixer settings (when selecting VoIP audio).
Alternatively, you may dial in from a telephone and hold it near the PC's speaker, depending on how strong the volume levels are.
Ah I don't have two inputs unfortunately
Does playing a screen-sharing video transmit the audio?
Hi,
If you're sharing a video from your desktop GoToMeeting will not automatically pick up the sound: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/help/how-do-i-optimize-my-computer-for-video-sharing-g2m0...
Hi @duvalado97 ,
Currently desktop video sharing does not include the audio for several reasons. We may change this behavior in the future however, so this conversation is still relevant.
When I sho a video in my GoToMeeting session, the is no sound.
I think it's the source of ound I have to change.
Can someone tell me how?
Thanks
