we want to use GoToMeeting in our Citrix environment but got issues with the build-in camera of the Microsoft Surface. The camera is not recognized by GoToMeeting ("no device connected"). In the same Citrix Session, other HDX supporting Applications (like MS Teams) have access to the camera.
Coworkers with different build-in cameras (Thinkpad) and USB Cameras have no issue using the webcam in meetings.
So it seems only the Surface Webcam won't work.
We are using the MSI Installation, got the newest Citrix Workspace App, Windows is up-to-date (last tested with version 20h2) and the Citrix 1912 U1 version is running.
Effectively we want to know what to do, so that GoToMeeting can use the Surface cam via HDX.
