If you do not see 'Admin Center' as an option up top when you log into the website using 'email@example.com', and you've already tried clearing your browser's cache / rebooting, then I would call our tech support group directly to create a case for escalation if needed.

You should now be able to sign into your account and access the Admin Center to set up your second organizer account.
