I have a user who can join meetings with working audio. She can hear others and others can hear her. However, when she mutes herself she can not unmute herself afterwards. The mute button becomes unresponsive. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Can you specify what device this attendee is utilizing, and if they've done any troubleshooting like re-install the GoTo app or check for audio driver updates from their manufacturer website?
I had the same problem in the past, but it happens at random time in the meeting:
Had to mute/unmute myself several times due noisy environment. At some point in the meeting the button to mute/unmute got Gray with a green spinning animation. Only the button froze, but the function worked. So I just had to remember the button-state. This worked not very well, since my boss muted me by admin-interface.
I used Microsoft Edge (which is based on Chromium) 88 with Windows 10 and used the web-app.
