Users not able to dial in

We have a recurring meeting each week, and it goes without fail at each meeting there are users who cannot get connected after providing the access code.  There can be up to 35 to 50 persons dialing in, to join the meeting.  After several attempts some are able to connect, others just give up and quit trying.  Is there any particular reason for this happening?  When asked, I don't have the answers to provide to them.  Would you?

While there may be several possible reasons a caller may not connect to GoTo phone audio correctly, we can certainly help investigate if you or the attendee can reach Customer Support within 24 hours of the event with the Called From / Called To / Meeting ID numbers.
