Using Logitech BRIO, cannot use HD version 16:9 FORMAT

Using the Logitech BRIO camera, I cannot use or see the 16:9, wide-screen HD version of the signal, and its not an option in the settings:  https://screenrec.com/share/Uz524jZKQN

Its stuck at 4:3.

I'm afraid certain higher-end webcam options may not be currently available with GoToMeeting.
