For some meeting IDs that I get sent, I get the option to open in the app or in the browser (I am using Chrome). But for other meeting IDs, I do not get the browser option. I can't use the app (audio stopped working about 3 months ago) so I need to be able to open all meetings in the browser. Why doesn't it work for some IDs? Even if I take the ID to gotomeeting.com and click Join and enter the ID, I still don't get a browser option. So it's nothing to do with the complete URL of the meeting.

Hi Ali,
In some instances the meeting organizer may have restricted the web app option. This is usually done to increase functionality and improve security for GoToMeeting broadcasts.
