Can you someone please help me troubleshoot this error "You have a session running already" I am receiving on my laptop and not my mobile phone as I do not have any sessions running though I must be missing something.

Have you tried re-installing GoToMeeting there and rebooting the affected device?
Do you have any local firewalls or security apps that might be keeping GoToMeeting from connecting / disconnecting?
