Thanks for the quick reply Ash. Our scenario is that an employee leaves the company and we would like another organizer to be in charge of the scheduled meetings using their account. Would we have to keep the departed employee's user account active so that the other person could run it as a co-organizer? Or is there a better way to transfer the scheduled meetings without having to keep the departed employee's user account active?

@J Newgen  If these are just GoToMeeting schedules, then an Admin may re-assign them through the GoTo Admin Center > User Management section, before they suspend the GoToMeeting Organizer.

Hi Ash, these are for GoToWebinars and not GoToMeetings.

@J Newgen  Right, those are too complex currently to simply pass between users of an account.  You would want to keep the scheduling organizer active, and/or change that login email address to the new user's.
