webcam disabled

Hi, I had a problem with the webcam during a meeting. No one in the room couldn't able the webcam. It seems like gotomeeting disabled all the webcam and, as the host, I couldn't do anything.

There's an error message saying "impossible to activate webcam"

I attached some screenshots.

Someone can help me?1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg4.jpg5.jpg

Re: webcam disabled

@CF-nume Which operating system are you hosting GoToMeeting from?

Have webcams ever worked with GoToMeeting on this computer in the past?

If you are a member of a group account, it is also possible that an Administrator has disabled webcam ability at the company level.

Re: webcam disabled

Thank you for your reply.

I use windows 10.

Webcams have always worked.

I'm not member of a group account

Re: webcam disabled

@CF-nume  I would start by checking for Windows updates, as well as visiting the PC's manufacturer website to confirm the most recent drivers are installed.

Next, I would try re-installing GoToMeeting through your Windows Programs section, before rebooting and hosting a new meeting through gotomeeting.com.  If you need a test session to join as an attendee, please see this support article: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/join-a-test-session-g2m050001
