Ability to Enable Business Messaging
- Admins now see an option within Admin Settings to enable Business Messaging, which allows their GoToMeeting users to chat with others and collaborate seamlessly within their organization via GoToMeeting v9. Additionally, admins can configure whether they want to allow organizers to invite and message users outside of their organization and/or share files. Learn more. (EXTERNALADMIN-2516; -2572)
Additional changes and minor improvements:
- Improvements to description of GoToMeeting product within Welcome emails. (EXTERNALADMIN-2535)
- New product logo for GoToMeeting Free to easily distinguish the difference between GoToMeeting Free and all other tiers. (EXTERNALADMIN-2537)
- Re-ordered product offerings to list GoToMeeting Free below all paid tiers when configuring product settings for a user and displaying plan information. (EXTERNALADMIN-2536, -2539)
- New Business Messaging promo prompting admins to enable and try out the new features of business messaging (EXTERNALADMIN-2516)
- The "Cloud Recording" promo has been replaced with "Meeting Transcripts" (EXTERNALADMIN-2571)
