Improvements to New GoToMeeting
Improvements have been made to the New GoToMeeting desktop app! Improvements include:
- Mac audio status improvements in Settings pane
- Camera button is removed if webcams are disabled on the account level
- Camera view text updates on Windows
- Localization updates
Bug Fixes & Minor Changes:
Fix for Broken Desktop App Icon in the macOS Catalina (10.15) Dock
- Previously, Mac users intermittently experienced a broken desktop app icon in the dock due to GoToMeeting files being installed in the user's Applications folder rather than the system's Applications folder. Now, users can manage and access the desktop app using the dock.
Additional fixes & minor changes:
- Fix for Mac app intermittently crashing when users clicked the GoToMeeting icon in the dock while the app was exiting
- Fix for Drawing Tools, Sharing, and Remote Control toolbar opening under the Presenter's Control Panel
- Fix for Call Me intermittently clearing out the number that was entered if user did not check the "Remember my number" box on Windows
- Fix for truncated texts in macOS High Sierra (10.13) Control Panel
- Fix for Windows app in the system tray not switching to the version set at the account level if installed per machine by an admin
