Users can enjoy the latest platform updates, accessibility improvements including keyboard navigation, and bug fixes!



  • Platform upgrade to v2017.4.3
  • Accessibility improvements
  • Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9) bug fixes
  • Additional bug fixes and minor changes

Rollout plan:

  • This build was deployed to customers beginning August 16 and ends August 23, 2018.

What's New?

Platform Upgrade to v2017.4.3

  • Upgrades have been made to the desktop platform, which provides overall improvements and bug fixes including: 
    • Fix for pauses in audio 

Accessibility Improvements

  • Improvements have been made to accessibility! These improvements include: 
    • Keyboard navigation using the Tab key for the "End other session" and "Choose audio mode" windows

Bug Fixes & Minor Changes:

Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9) Fixes:

  • Fix for missing Control Panel 
  • Fix for new presenters having to click the Daisy icon in the dock (to regain focus on the desktop app) before being able to share their screen 

Additional bug fixes & minor changes:

  • Fix for the Recording Manager crashing while converting files to .WMV format
  • Fix for attendees seeing Microsoft Outlook notifications on the Presenter's screen while application sharing is in progress
  • Inactive desktop app versions will be checked and removed every 45 days rather than 90 days 
  • The "Share my screen" window now supports high DPI (resolution) monitors
