Our users can no longer change Windows host screen resolution during a session. The option is greyed out in screen settings. I assume this has to do with the switch to the GoToMyPC/Logmein virtual display adapter. How do we re-enable this?

@awphillips sorry for the delay in response here. We haven't seen this before and don't believe any VDA is in use that would cause this. I do see that you have worked with support and hope that this resolved the issue.
