I want to deactivate my GotomyPC account because now i am retired and i finish my work. I call the support number (from italy) and for my identification it's requested my credit card number or my identification number. I don't find this number because I lost my welcome email. Unfortunately, the system don't recognizes my credit card, so i cant' do anything with the support call.

We do need to confirm the credit card on file in most cases before a cancellation can take place. If you can find this credit info and need a follow up from Customer Support, please let me know your direct contact info and GoToMyPC email address.
