GoToMyPC Runs very Slow

Guys, We have recently purchased 3 copies of this to work from home and it is runing really slow. Simple tasks like moving a finder/exporer window stutters and there is a delay on absolutely everything. Any ideas? This is happening on MAC to MAC and PC to MAC.

 

Any advice or feedback would be very usful.

Hi Craig, 

It may be that your network is experiencing packet loss or latency there.  Do you know if any devices are using a wireless connection? 

Are you able to test your connection through an alternate network?

I am experiencing the same issues. Neither my PC or the work PC have slow connections. the host is the problem most likely. Goto my PC needs to step up their game.

 

1gb internet on both sides and in the middle a bottleneck made by GotomyPC

Hi @User20 Welcome to the GoTo Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow connections with GoToMyPC. I recommend trying the GoTo Connection Wizard on your host computer to detect the best connection settings for your network.
