Refund clarification

I've seen conflicting information on the availability of refunds of pre-paid memberships. There are posts on here that mentioned refunds but the customer service person I just spoke to when canceling my account said the system was not able to process a refund request. Please help!

@GMatias  I'm sorry for any confusion.  If you fail to contact Customer Support within 1 month of the purchase, or have used the service during the new subscription period, then you may not qualify for any refunds.  I'm sorry we cannot handle billing inquiries through this Community.
