Please please please why do you make it so difficult to cancel?
Why can you sign up on the website but then have to ring a number that no one answers for you to cancel. I have been a customer for quite a few years but now have reached the point I don't need the service right now and all the goodwill you have generated with me is now being burned away by this deliberately difficult cancellation process.
Please show me a way to cancel that does not involve waiting on the telephone.
