They updated the status message. Unfortunately this is the update:
We are actively investigating reports that all customers using GoToMyPC are currently unable to start new sessions. However, in-flight sessions are not impacted.
Our engineers are working to resolve the issue and will provide another update shortly.

Be aware that it took them 30+ minutes to say 'hey, we're getting reports that some users have problems' this morning. It can be a while before they update it.
We apologize for any frustration. Our engineers continue to work actively on the fix. We expect this issue to be resolved by next 1-2 hours and will provide another update when it is available.
